RECREATIONAL CLASSES

Nitro Gymnastics Recreational classes ages 4 to 18 years

Nitro run recreational classes for gymnasts aged 4-18yrs and we welcome gymnasts of all levels of experience. Our classes have an emphasis on learning new skills and enjoying sport. Every gymnast is taught by an experienced member of our coaching team. All of our recreational gymnasts are invited to do optional in-house competitions and take part in display performances for school fetes.

TRAMPOLINE CLASSES

Nitro Gymnastics Trampoline classes ages 7 to 18 years competitive trampolining

Nitro run trampolining sessions for gymnasts aged 7-18yrs and we have classes suitable for both recreational and competitive levels. We make our trampolining sessions as progressive as possible whilst also maintaining a fun atmosphere. Gymnasts work in small groups during their sessions so they can get the most out of the class.

SQUAD CLASSES

Movement between squads will be at the invitation and decision of the head coach and will based on a number of factors including skills, age, developmental opportunity and squad size and availability.

  • Youngest squad with strong technical skills – focus on shaping and technique for tumbling.

    3.5hrs per week

    Wednesdays 4.00-6.00pm (OAK LODGE)​

  • Beginners squad making transition from recreational to progressive.

  • Junior squad with good base skills and potential to progress. Compete in floor & vault, and tumbling.

    3.5hrs per week

  • Junior development squad with focus on technical skills for tumbling. Gymnasts will be invited to compete and perform on behalf of Nitro. Compete at external tumbling competitions, and also involved in display.

  • Expected to actively compete and perform on behalf of Nitro. One of our most advanced squads, focussing mainly on tumbling; working towards regional and national level competition. Gymnasts in these squads also work on floor skills and acro balance for display.

    6hrs per week

    Fridays 7.00-9.00pm (EDEN PARK)

    Saturdays 10.00am-12.00pm (OAK LODGE)

  • Our most advanced squad group with gymnasts working at Regional and FIG level. Expected to actively compete and perform on behalf of Nitro. Focussing on tumbling; working towards regional and national level competition.

    8-10hrs per week

    Mondays 5.30-8.30pm (EDEN PARK)

Adult CLASSES

Nitro runs one-off sessions for adults during school holiday periods. If you would like to be added to the mailing list to be notified of these sessions, please fill out the form below.

NEXT SESSION:

  • Chamberlain Crescent, West Wickham, BR4 0LJ

    The first hour of each session will be structured and include a coach led warm up and 30 minutes of coach led skills. The second hour of the sessions will be for participant to work on skills they wish to improve. Coaches will be available to assist participants if needed. Sessions are suitable for beginners up to experienced.

    Participants will have use of air track, fast track, DMT, along with various training aids.

    Sessions will be capped at 16 participants. 18yrs+ only.

    Sessions are £12 paid via gocardless. A link will be sent once we have received the below registration form.
