  • Sunday 22nd March (London regional finals and IRCC qualifier)

  • Saturday 25th April (Spring series event 1)

  • Friday 29th-Sunday 31st May (English Silver and Gold championships)

  • Sunday 14th June (Regional squad training day)

  • Saturday 20th June (Spring series event 2)

  • Friday 3rd-5th July (Inter Regional Challenge Cup finals)

ABOUT COMPETITIONS

Competition are a fantastic way to build gymnasts confidence and to help them see their development and skills improve. They are also a  great way to join in and work as a team. 

Nitro compete in floor & vault, tumbling, trampoline and DMT at both recreational and competitive levels, Regional and National.

    TUMBLING

    Gymnasts selected to compete take part in qualifying competitions to achieve the score needed to progress to the regional finals competition.

    At regional level, If the gymnast comes 1st or 2nd at the regional final competition they move onto the Inter-Regional Challenge Cup Finals where they compete against all the other U.K regions in their level.

    Nitro also takes part in the English Silver tumbling qualifier, where gymnasts who place 1st and 2nd in each level get to progress to the English Silver Tumbling championships against clubs from all over England.

    Nitro have had several gymnasts achieve a medal position at both the Inter-Regional finals and the English Silver tumbling championships over the years.

    Friendly Competitions

    Nitro often take part in and host friendly local competitions suitable for gymnasts of all ages and abilities.

    These are open to all gymnast who want to have a go!

    Competitions are informal, friendly and between local clubs.

    Medals and scores are awarded to develop confidence with competing.

    Times and date depend on venues availability and coach availability across the participating clubs however we aim to run a friendly competition twice a year.

  • Display Gymnastics Nitro West Wickham Bromley London Kent

    DISPLAY

    Nitro take part in fun group displays including Acrobatics, tumbling and dance.

    All gymnasts are encouraged to take part in displays depending on level of experience and type of display/event.

    Nitro participate in local events including West Wickham Village day and school fetes, as well as larger events like Gymfusion and London Festival of Gymnastics.
